But even better is the lap of the person who will hold her and cuddle her and give her kind pets. Growing up outside, she must have found them to be the most comforting, safe places to nestle into and relax. She's not just another day of the week kind of cat. A slow introduction to the outside world will be needed.īowie is a terrific young boy who needs a loving, terrific family. He absolutely will need a place where he can go outside and play, climb trees, take in all the wonderful natural world. But he sure is kind to little NICE humans even when he's rambuctious and wound up. It's an unknown how he is with other felines. But it seems that he may be lacking that in his life, a buddy to hang out and have fun with. With the adults, he loves to grab the hand and wrestle it a little bit, still not so rough, but like he would love to have a true wrestling partner.īowie came to us from a home where there were no other cats and the foster has no cats. But with the little one, he surprisingly easy, as if he knows she is fragile. He would love to play rough as most young boys tend to do. Odd thing is that he is so gentle and careful with the 2 year old girl who will race with him, then climb on the couch and he just keeps trucking like they are in some kind of race. He can race through the house at breakneck speed.

Ian was confused at first about the colorful mice and jingle balls.but his inner kitten convinced him it was okay to play, no one would think any less of his mighty tom prowess. Poor boy is trying his best though! Then after a few more days, he started to learn to play with toys. He just wanted me to sit with him for hours, scratching his head, his butt, his belly.he couldn't decide so he tried them all.at the same time. Within 2 days, it was obvious that he was the most outgoing, easy foster I have ever had, even with his medical recovery. Was he going to be feral? Could I even give him meds?
